I did this in 1997, i was 17....A old drawing I found in the deep of my closet...
In 1997 I still didn't have a computer...I did this using a "ballpen" (like "BIC").

It's a movie with Pierce Brosnan, all about VR and stuff, there was a really cool scene where a man and a woman have some fun in VR, it basically looked exactly like what you've drawn here, but in 3D. You should check it out, i havent seen it in years, but i think i remember it being a decent movie :D

that same scene was also in the 3D animation showcase VHS, "beyond the mind's eye"
